Calling all precious Little Cowkids!  The Rusty Roper Bummies Diaper Cover is made to fit perfectly over a diaper. The bummies are made from the same super soft material the other items in the Rusty Roper line are made of: 95% Rayon and 5% Spandex. This blend allows these bummies to be stretchy and easy to put on. They have a higher waist than most diaper covers. Note: Headband not included.
